Why did only some of my selected programs generate alerts?

When creating an alert, it's important to know that alerts can only be generated for direct routes.


If you selected multiple programs (e.g., specific airlines or loyalty programs) but only a few of them created alerts, this means that the remaining programs do not operate a nonstop/direct flight for the route you selected.


Since our alert system is designed to monitor only direct flight availability, it will not create alerts for programs that only offer connecting options on that route.


What You Can Do:

  • Double-check the route to ensure it's serviced directly by the airlines/programs you're selecting.
  • You can also try creating separate alerts for nearby airports or alternative routes to improve your chances of finding availability.
