Why are some dates greyed out in the calendar?

When using the Search tool, you may notice that the 60-day or 180-day search window options are sometimes greyed out. This usually happens when your search criteria are too broad for the system to process over longer time frames.


How to Fix It

  • Narrow your search: Try reducing the number of programs, airports, or cabins selected.
  • Start smaller: Run a shorter search window first to confirm results, then expand.
  • Check your plan: Free users can search within a 30-day window, while Pro members can unlock an extended 60+-day window.
