Why is 'Create Alert' greyed out?

If the "Create Alert" button is greyed out or unclickable, it means one or more required fields in the alert form have been left empty.

Required Fields to Complete

To enable the "Create Alert" button, make sure you have filled out all of the following:

  • Mileage Programs
  • Departing Airport
  • Arriving Airport
  • Chosen Date(s)
  • Cabin/Fare Class Preferences

How to Fix It

  1. Double-check each required field:

    Ensure you have selected or entered valid options for mileage programs, departure and arrival airports, your preferred travel date or timeline, and cabin preferences.

  2. Look for missing or incomplete entries:

    Sometimes a field may appear filled but the selection might not have registered properly — try reselecting or entering the information again.

  3. Verify field formats:

    Dates should be valid and within acceptable ranges, and airport codes should be correctly entered or selected.

Once all required fields are properly filled in, the "Create Alert" button will become active and clickable.
