Troubleshooting Tips
If you run into issues while searching, try these quick fixes first. Many problems can be solved in just a few steps.
Aeroplan Results
Aeroplan results are not live in Search. If you are troubleshooting missing or unexpected results, this could be why.
“Query Too Broad” Error
If your search is too wide, you may see this error.
- Instead of searching multiple airports or very large regions, narrow it down to a specific origin and destination.
- Example: Try “JFK → LHR” instead of “All New York → Europe.”
Other Common Issues and Fixes
- Missing airlines: Some airlines only show limited results in our system. If you are not seeing what you expect, check directly with the airline to confirm award space.
- App vs. website differences: Results may vary slightly between platforms. If you see an issue on the app, try repeating the search on the website.
- Cache or login glitches: Log out and log back in, or clear your browser or app cache. This often resolves display issues.
