Why Don’t I Have a Password?
If you’re wondering why you were never asked to set up a password for Seats.aero, you’re not alone. Here’s how our login works:
Passwordless Login
Seats.aero doesn’t use traditional passwords. Instead, you log in with a one-time code sent to your email.
- Enter your email address on the login screen.
- We’ll send you a 6-character verification code.
- Enter that code to log in — no password needed.
This keeps your account secure without adding another password to remember.
Sign in with Google
You can also log in quickly with Google Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Click “Continue with Google” on the login screen.
- Choose your Google account, and you’ll be signed in instantly.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
- Didn’t get the code? Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Still no code? Try requesting it again and make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with.
- Using a work or school email? Some systems block automated emails. A personal email usually works better.
- Google SSO not working? Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account in your browser.
