I was charged but didn’t mean to subscribe

We understand unexpected charges can be confusing. Here’s why this might happen and how to manage your subscription.

💳 Why you were charged

  • Seats.aero Pro renews automatically each month (or year, if you chose annual).
  • If you didn’t mean to subscribe, it usually means the renewal was processed before cancellation.

✅ What you can do

  1. Check your billing portal
    • Go to Account Settings → Manage Billing to view your current plan and invoices.

      Cancel Pro (if you don’t want to continue)

    • Click Cancel Subscription — you’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

      Switch to Free anytime

    • After your billing period ends, your account will automatically roll back to the Free plan, and you won’t be charged again.

👉 Tip: You can always check your next renewal date under Account Settings → Manage Billing to avoid surprises.
