Troubleshooting when Seats.aero is down or showing no results

If Seats.aero isn’t opening or showing results, the issue could be local (your network/device) or related to an airline outage.

🌐 Local issues

  • Network restrictions → Some workplaces, schools, or public Wi-Fi networks block travel sites.
  • VPNs / browser extensions → Ad blockers, VPNs, or privacy tools can interfere with loading.
  • Cache or cookies → Old saved data can conflict with the latest version of the site.

🛫 Airline/program outages

Seats.aero depends on airline systems for availability data. If one of these connections goes down, results for that program won’t update until it’s restored.

👉 You can always check the Seats.aero System Status page to see live status for every mileage program we support.

✅ What you can try

  1. Switch networks (e.g. try mobile data instead of office Wi-Fi).
  2. Clear your browser’s cache & cookies.
  3. Disable VPNs or ad blockers temporarily.
  4. Check System Status to confirm if an airline feed is down.

💡 Tip: Outages don’t affect existing searches or alerts, but those results won’t refresh until the connection is healthy again.
