Why isn’t my preferred airline/program showing?

The Programs filter only lists airlines that currently match your search. If your airline isn’t there, it’s usually one of these:

1) No matching results (with your current criteria)

  • Dates, cabin, or stops are too strict, or the route isn’t available right now.

    Try:

  • Widen dates (±7–14 days)
  • Add nearby airports (both ends)
  • Allow more stops / open-jaw
  • Try one-way instead of round-trip

2) Program not supported (yet)

  • Seats.aero supports many airlines, but not all programs. If an airline isn’t showing in the Programs filter at all, that means it isn’t currently supported.

3) Saver vs dynamic limitations

  • Some airlines only expose saver awards to partners. If only dynamically priced awards exist, they may not appear here.

Tip: Peek at the airline’s site. If no saver awards exist, they won’t show in Seats.aero either.

4) Account/status restrictions

  • Certain space is visible only to elite members, co-brand cardholders, or to the airline’s own program.

Note: If you don’t meet those conditions, those seats won’t appear outside the airline.

5) Search window & refresh cadence

  • Free: searches up to 30 days ahead.
  • Pro: 60+ days and faster refreshes.

If you’re browsing far out, you may need Pro to see results sooner.

What to do next

  1. Expand dates and add nearby airports
  2. Loosen cabin/stops filters or try one-way
  3. Check the airline site for saver space
  4. Review the Supported Programs list
  5. Set an alert so we notify you when your airline appears
