Connect seats.aero to third-party apps and websites
You can connect your seats.aero account to supported third-party apps and websites to use award search data in different tools and interfaces.
How it works
Connections are initiated from the third-party app or website, not from within seats.aero.
That means you won’t see a “Connect seats.aero” button inside seats.aero itself.
Each app or website handles connections slightly differently, but the general flow is:
- Open a supported third-party app or website
- Look for a “Connect seats.aero” (or similar) option
- Log in and authorize access when prompted
Once connected, the app or website will be able to access your seats.aero data.
Who can use this
A Pro subscription is required to use third-party integrations, as they rely on API access.
Supported apps and websites
You can connect seats.aero with select third-party tools, including:
- aeroconnections.app — visualize routes and connections between airports
- bbairtools.com — advanced award search tools
- awardhelper.com — curated deals with live pricing and availability
- thepointstoolkit.com — tools and utilities built around award travel data
We’ll continue to add more integrations over time.
Advanced / community tools
There are also community-built tools, including GitHub projects and browser extensions, that use the seats.aero API.
These are typically more experimental and may require additional setup.
Note: These tools are not officially supported and may change over time.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see a “Connect seats.aero” button
The connection option is located inside the third-party app or website, not within seats.aero.
I connected but it’s not working
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Also make sure your subscription is active.
For issues with connecting your account or using a specific tool, you may need to contact the third-party app or website’s support team directly, as each integration is managed independently.
