Why are there different subscription prices on mobile?

Subscription prices may be higher when you purchase through the Apple App Store compared with purchasing directly on our website.

This happens because Apple processes in-app purchases made through iOS apps and charges additional platform fees. To account for those fees, the price shown in the iOS app may be higher than the price available when subscribing directly through our website.

How can I get the lower price?

To get the best available price, subscribe directly through our website instead of purchasing through the iOS app.

After subscribing on the website, you can still use your account in the mobile app. Just sign in with the same account.

Will my subscription work on mobile if I buy on the website?

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account, not the device where you purchased it. Once your website subscription is active, you can use it on supported devices, including mobile.

Why can’t the app show the same price as the website?

Apple requires in-app purchases on iOS to use Apple’s payment system. Because that payment system includes additional fees, the mobile app price may differ from the direct website price.

I already subscribed through Apple. What should I do?

If you subscribed through Apple, your subscription is managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings.

To switch to website billing, cancel your Apple subscription first, then subscribe directly through our website with a different email address after the Apple subscription period ends.
