How to use Calendar View

Calendar View makes it easier to find award availability when your travel dates are flexible. Instead of searching dates one at a time, you can compare availability across multiple dates and quickly spot the lowest points prices.

Open Calendar View

1. Go to Search and enter your origin, destination, and travel dates.
2. Run your search.
3. Click the View dropdown above your search results.
4. Select Calendar.

Calendar View will display your award search results across two months at a time.

Understand your Calendar results

Each date displays the lowest points price we found for that day based on your current search and filters.

Calendar View can show:

• The lowest points price available
• The loyalty program offering the award
• Nonstop and connecting options
• Cabin availability
• Number of available seats
• Taxes and fees

Dates with especially low points prices are highlighted, making it easier to spot good redemption opportunities at a glance.

Hover over a date to see additional information about the available award, including the program, operating airline, points price, taxes and fees, and available seats.

Select a date to see the individual flight options available for that day.

Use filters to narrow your Calendar

Your Search filters also apply to Calendar View, so you can narrow the calendar based on the awards you actually want to book.

For example, you can filter by:

• Mileage program
• Airline alliance
• Transfer partner
• Cabin
• Day of week

This can be especially useful if you only have points that transfer to certain programs or you're specifically looking for Business or First Class.

Search flexible destinations

Calendar View also works with searches containing multiple airports or airport groups.

For example, instead of searching only JFK → CDG, you could search several airports in the U.S. Northeast to several airports in Europe and use Calendar View to quickly compare the available dates and programs.

This can help uncover options you may not have found by searching one route and date at a time.

How far ahead can I search?

PRO members can use Calendar View with up to a full year of award availability.

Free users can search within the standard 60-day search window.

Before transferring your points

Award availability can change quickly, and availability shown on seats.aero is not guaranteed.

Always confirm that the award is still available directly with the airline or loyalty program before transferring points, since most points transfers cannot be reversed.
